Professor Randy Pausch’s Last Lecture: Achieving Your Childhood Dreams
July 26, 2008

Hit some brick walls in your quest to achieve your dreams? Don’t let them stop you. List your goals and achieve your dreams with steadfast determination, much like Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch. Randy recently passed from this world on July 25, 2008, due to complications with pancreatic cancer. He was only 47 years old.
So you might be saying to yourself, “I’m doing just fine!” or “No brick walls here - everything is go!” You will eventually hit a bump in the road and meet that stopping block of a brick wall. Don’t let it stop you or deter you. You can achieve your childhood dreams.
What an amazing testimony Professor Pausch gives to the audience. He even states at the beginning that this is not a pity party and do not feel badly that he is facing death. He wants you to understand how you can fulfill your dreams. The world has lost another great mind and motivator. I only wish that I could have met with him. Please realize that you are surrounded by many brilliant people. You never know whom you will meet next. I think that Professor Pausch’s last lecture might hold the motivation that you have been seeking. If things are well now, well, you can just tuck this away for safe keeping for the day that you might need some motivation to grab your dreams.
Here is Randy Pausch’s Last Lecture: Please watch this.
Think about it…It’s up to you.
